By accessing and using CounselTech AI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.
CounselTech AI provides AI-powered intake automation software for law firms, including phone answering, chat, form processing, and integration capabilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware, to interfere with the Service, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit. We process intake data on your behalf as a service provider.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
